Duda sobre PCR y HIV 2 Jun 21, 2005 Hola Dr. queria preguntarle si un "Nested PCR" es confiable y un resultado negativo a los 4 meses y medio del riesgo tambien lo es. Ademas tengo hechos MEIA a los 3 meses y 4 meses 3 semanas No reactivos. Otra pregunta ¿Actualmente todos los MEIA detectan HIV 2 por mas que no lo diga en el resultado? (Dice solo "HIV : No reactivo) Muchas gracias |

 Este tranquilo.Hoy dia las pruebas comerciales todas incluyen VIH1-2. El nested PCR es summente confiable y sensitivo. |
