 El preservativo se debe usar desde el momento del inicio de la relación sexual, y no solo en el momento de la eyaculación, puesto que es posible la presencia de espermatozoides en el liquido anterior a la eyaculación. Si es posible que haya algunos espermatozoides es posible el embarazo... Ningún método anticonceptivo es 100% seguro. Es posible que el preservativo falle, porque no se use de forma adecuada, porque se rompa durante las relaciones, porque se disuelva el latex, porque estuviera caducado... En cuanto a la paternidad, es algo muy delicado que debe hablar con su novia. Si tiene dudas, existen métodos para probar la paternidad una vez que el niño ha nacido.
