 No,son 2 condiciones totalmente diferentes y no relacionadas. Si usted entiende que exista la posibilidad de una coinfeccion concurrente que pudiese retrasar la conversion en el periodo de ventana , entonces la mejor opcion es realizarse una prueba de PCR VIH 1-2 CUALITATIVA. Me parece que en mi opinion no es necesario pero usted lo decide. |
