 Hola, Primero, estaría muy contento yo con un conteo de CD4 de entre 300 y 320 en medio de una carga viral indetectable. Tu régimen está suprimiendo el virus muy efectivamente por lo que no hay razón para hacerte los exámenes de resistencia, aunque fuera posible con una carga viral indetectable. No sé los antirretrovirales que componen tu régimen, pero hay algunos datos que indican que la respuesta de las CD4 es mejor con los tratamientos que contienen un inhibidor de la proteasa. Si no estás tomando uno, puede ser que quieras hablar con tu doctor de eso, pero si quieres que te sea sincero, si las CD4 continúan siendo estable entre 300 y 320 y la carga viral, indetectable, no cambiaría yo nada.
