 Irrespectivo de su carga viral ,su pariente tiene que comenzar tratamiento lo antes posible. Existen hoy dia muchas opciones. Debe ser evaluado lo antes posible en un centro especializado para VIH o con un medico conocedor de la materia para comenzar su tratamiento. En lo inmediato al menos ,debe comenzar (si no es alergico a las sulfa)con Septra (trimetroprim sulfa) diaria, para evitar el desarrollo de cierta condicion pulmonar que es severa y pudiese ser mortal. |
