tengo anemia Sep 29, 2004 Hola Dr.Jorge Santanas Bagur.desde NYC megustaria que mepudiera ayudar conmisituacion fui diasnocticado con HIV. Pero por los ultimos meses siento muy cansado y sin fuersas le comente amy doctor y con algunas pruebas sali con anemia que y con el Iero muy bajito que puedo hacer para subier el porsentaje de hiero y como puedo convatir la anemia, gracias por su ayuda. |

 Estimado Amigo: En el caso suyo de anemia por falta de hierro el tratamiento conlleva inyecciones semanales de hierro,suplemento oral de Vit.B6,B12,sulfato ferroso y dieta rica en vegetales . Quizas lo mas importante seria revisar su terapia de antiretrovirales y modificar el componente de AZT de estar usted en este regimen. Saludos |
