 En primer lugar por favor,ni siquiera lo intente. Inclusive, estando en Trizivir como terapia unica se asocia con fallo virologico temprano por consiguiente aunque no pretendo alarmarlo es importante que mantenga buena comunicacion y seguimiento con su medico para de esa manera determinar el momento apropiado de intensificar la terapia. El utilizar Trizivir una vez al dia no esta indicado ya que el componente de Zidovudine no permite dosificacion apropiada de una vez al dia y sus niveles seran bajos propiciando replicacion de virus y fallo terapeutico.
