Querido doctor Santana. le hago dos preguntas preguntas: 1) es posible una infeccion retroviral aguda despues 38 dias dal presunto contacto?. O es poco probable porque se presenta antes de este termino? 2)En su personal casistica hay muchas sieroconversiones con un test negativo a un mes e positivo a tres meses o es un facto raro con los Elisa de tercera generacion?. Saludos y felicitacion.

1) Es posible, La mayoria de la seroconversiones ocurren despues de los 21-28 dias. 2) Muy pocos casos . Diria que por debajo de 5 %.
