Disculpe, como se presenta usualmente la candidiasis oral en pacientes que viven con el vih? que es la candidiasis eritematosa?

Hola,

Primero, típicamente las personas viviendo con VIH no se encuentran con la candidiasis oral hasta que sus células CD4 disminuyan debajo de 250. Se manifiesta como algodoncillo en la lengua, en la parte interna de los carrillos, en el paladar y en la garganta. La forma eritematosa se presenta como manchas rojas, como los granos o confluente.
