Per y mi pregunta es sobre el resultado de un examen de deteccin de vih e necessito una opinion suya, por favor. 2 pruebas de Elisa a los 4 meses e medio depues de la relacion de posible riesgo: 1 elisa positivo o otro elisa inconclusivo. Prueba western blot VIH1 negativo , western blot hiv2 negativo. Como interpreta estos resultados. Estoy desesperada. Estoy infectada?? Debo hacerme a prueba outravezen? Obrigada, Andrea Simone |

 Querida Andrea, Bom dia. No, usted no está infectada. Es VIH-negativa. Para diagnosticar el VIH, se requieren 2 resultados positivos un ELISA positivo Y un Western Blot positivo. Ya que sus resultados Western Blot son negativos, usted es VIH-negativa. No tiene que hacerse otra prueba. Mucha suerte. Dr. Steve |
