anlisis hepatitis b y vih Oct 14, 2003 Doctor Santana reciba mis saludos, por favor tengo las siguientes 4 consultas relacionadas con: EL PERIODO DE VENTANA O ESPERA PARA HACERCE UNA PRUEBA DE ELISA PARA VIH/SIDA DE RESULTADOS CONFIABLES EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS: 1.Una persona con hepatitis b aguda actual.HBsAg:Positivo. 2.Una persona con hepatitis b aguda pasada,HBsAg:Negativo,Anticore Total:Positivo. 3.Una persona con hepatitis b crnica. 4.Una persona portadora de la hepatitis b, (HBsAg:Negativo,AntiHBsAg.Negativo,Anticore Total:Positivo.),paciente que fue HBsAg:Positivo, ahora tiene antigeno de superficie b(HBsAg) negativo pero no crea los anticuerpos para el antigeno de superficie b (AntiHBsAg),aunque esto ocurre con una pequea proporcin de pacientes.Gracias por su opinin brindada, ser de mucha ayuda. |
