 Hola hermano(a), Triomune es una pastilla que contiene una combinación de nevirapina (Viramune), stavudina (Zerit, d4T) y lamivudina (Epivir, 3TC). No se debe tomar lamivudina y estavudina además de Triomune porque éste ya contiene estos dos medicamentos antirretrovirales. De hecho, sería peligroso tomar los tres fármacos (lamivudina, estavudina y Triomune) juntos. Mucha suerte y muchas gracias por cuidarle a su hermano. Dr. Steve |
