corticoides May 16, 2003 Saludos desde Espaa: Tengo dos preguntas:1.- El uso de corticoides por va tpica o en pastillas/inyecciones para tratar la dermatitis seborreica, puede alterar los conteos de CD4 y/o carga viral y ser negativo para el tratamiento? se puede solucionar o tratar con gran eficacia este problema en los vih+? Paciente vih+,varn,31 aos actual CD4 700, CV INDETECTABLE,primer y nico tratamiento desde hace 14 meses con efavirenz,videx,epivir. Muy preocupado por dermatitis seborreica y sequedad de piel.Muchas gracias por su respuesta y ayuda. |

 DEFINITIVAMENTE LOS CORTICOIDES ESPECIALMENTE LOS SISTEMICOS(INYECTABLES)PUDIESEN TENER UN EFECTO NEGATIVO A LARGO PLAZO NO TANTO EN LOS CD4 PERO EN EL SISTEMA INMUNOLOGICO COMO TAL ,CAUSANDO UNA INMUNOSUPRESION SELECTIVA. ES BIEN IMPORTANTE QUE SIGA BIEN DE CERCA SUS RECOMENDACIONES CON EL MEDICO ESPECIALISTA. |
