Espermocultivo

Hace unos meses me realic un Espermocultivo teniendo los siguientes resultados:

ESTUDIO BACTERIOSCOPICO Frotis Coloracin de: GRAM Flora predominante: Flora Normal Leucocitos: Moderada cantidad Eritrocitos:0

ESPERMOCULTIVO Flora Patogena: No se encontr.

Es normal ?? O es posible que tenga alguna infeccin ??

De antemano gracias por su ayuda
