GUNA Feb 3, 2003 HACE APROXIMADAMENTE MES Y MEDIO TUVE RELACIONES SEXUALES NO PROTEGIDAS.DESDE HACE APROXIMADAMENTE 15 DIAS PADEZCO ODINOFAGIA Y GANGLIOS HINCHADOS,HE VOMITADO EN UNA OCASION Y TENGO OTROS SINTOMAS SOSPECHOSOS.HACE 15 DIAS, EL DIA ANTES DE REALIZARME LA PRIMERA ELISA QUE HA DADO NEGATIVO,ME APARECIERON UNAS MANCHAS ULCERAS EN LAS PAPILAS INTERDENTALES SIMILARES A LAS DE LA GUNA(GINGIVITIS ULCERONECROTICA AGUDA).MI PREGUNTA ES:PUEDE LA GUNA MANIFESTARSE ANTES DE DAR POSITIVO EN LOS ANALISIS-VIH?.Y CUANTO SUELE DURAR LA FASE AGUDA DE PRIMOINFECCION?PUEDE DURAR 2 SEMANAS O MS?ESTOY MUY PREOCUPADO,ESPERO SU CONTESTACION.BUENAS NOCHES Y GRACIAS. |

 Que tenga conocimiento nunca he oido que GUNA se manifieste como primoinfeccion . La fase aguda de primoinfeccion pudiese si durar 2 semanas aunque no es lo usual. Espere al menos tres semanas mas para realizarse el ELISA o si sus recursos lo permiten pregunte por la prueba de amplificacion del genoma PCR cualitativa contra VIH. |
