hepatitis y vhi Oct 11, 2002 Doctor, hace unas semanas padeci muchos de los sintomas del sindrome retroviral agudo, pero tambien presente ictericia y por lo que he podido investigar en la red es muy extraa para sra actualmente presento dolores leves y ocacionales tanto en el bazo como en el higado, esto podria significar que tambien me contagie de hepatitis. gracias por su tiempo |

 No necesariamente pero es posible ya que la coinfeccion es posible. La infeccion por VIH pudo haber ocasionado una colestasis hepatica o hemolisis (rompimiento) de la celula roja. Es recomendable que se realize una prueba serologica para la deteccion de anticuerpos de hepatitis A,B,C. |
