Prueba de Elisa y Anticuerpos Jul 16, 2002 Hola Dr. Jorge Santana, le hago la siguiente pregunte hace 3 meses 1 semana tuve relaciones con una chica, use condon, ante la duda me realize el da de ayer una prueba de Elisa y sali negativo, pero he tenido tos por 1 mes, la pregunta es: tiene una persona primero desarrollar anticuerpos contra VIH, y luego tener manifestaciones clinicas o esto es independiente, o primero es lo clinico y luego se hace positivo el laboratorio, o sucede al mismo tiempo, gracias Dr. espero pueda ayudarme. |

 Estimado Amigo: Las manifestaciones clínicas de infección aguda aparecen antes del desarrollo delos anticuerpos y no después. Espero que la información aclare sus dudas. |
