 Los casos de reinfección no estan muy bien documentados. Es un fenomeno raro. Teoreticamente es posible adquirir una nueva cepa que podria ser resistente al tratamiento que usted está tomando, pero como ya le he dicho los casos no están muy bien documentados. En su caso el riesgo es mucho mayor de que usted transmita su virus a otro paciente todavía no infectado si mantiene relaciones no protegidas, incluso en el caso de que tuviera una carga viral indetectable.
