 Estimado Amigo: El estrés sí puede afectar los niveles de CD4. Los progresores lentos usualmente tienen carga viral bien baja o indetectable y sus niveles de CD4 permanecen normales. Este es un porcentaje extremadamente bajo de los pacientes infectados. Existen muchos pacientes que aún por debajo de 200 CD4 permanecen sin síntomas y sin infecciones oportunistas, pero recuerde que de todas maneras debe de tomar profilaxis para protegerse. |
