aumento lento de CD4

Hola dr. Steve. Soy joan de barcelona(66a.)Al no recibir respuesta vuelvo a escribirle(soy un poco molesto?)empece el tratameiento(ATRIPLA)24/09/08(CD4 353/11,9%)CV(134.063)a los 7 meses de tratamiento(CD4 368/15,1%)CV(indetectable)el último control 16/09/09 (CD4 446/18,2%) CV (in detectable) funciona bien el tratamiento? el aumento de CD4 no es un poco lento? (glucosa, colesterol, riñon, higado)todo correcto. Muchas gracias por su atencion. si puede me gustaria recibir su respuesta. de nuevo:MUCHAS GRACIAS. joan

Buenos días Joan,

No te preocupes uno nanosegundo más. No te olvides de que entre el número absoluto de CD4 y el porcentaje de CD4, el segundo es la medida más confiable. Un aumento en el porcentaje del 11.9% al 18.2% es fantástico. ¡Y tu carga viral es indetectable! Una historia de éxito. Felicitaciones. Y un gran abrazo.
