		sexo oral y ets Oct 14, 2009 Buenas doctor.Antes de nada agradecerle su labor tan beneficiosa para gente como yo que, con un problema tan grave no tiene con quien hablar de sus dudas... Le comento mi problema: hace 1 mes una mujer me practic� sexo oral sin preservativo (ella a mi). A las dos semanas tuve molestias uretrales y me diagnosticaron como consecuencia de esta relaci�n, gonorrea. Mi pregunta es la siguiente: �tengo alg�n riesgo de haber contraido el VIH? Puede la gonorrea aumentar mi riesgo de contraer el VIH? Muchas gracias doctor por su ayuda!! Un saludo desde Madrid


Advertisement Respuesta del Dr. Natterstad Buenos d�as, Es verdad que una persona infectada por el VIH que tambi�n es infectada por otra enfermedad de transmisi�n sexual est� m�s dispuesta a transmitir el VIH v�a relaciones sexuales que otros portadores. �Por qu�? Los ensayos cl�nicos se�alan que los portadores tambi�n infectados por otras enfermedades de transmisi�n sexual est�n particularmente dispuestos a derramar el VIH en sus secreciones genitales. Ya que tu exposici�n potencial no se trat� de contacto con secreciones genitales, lo m�s probable es que este riesgo aumento no se aplica a tu situaci�n. Mucha suerte y un fuerte abrazo.
