me cambiaron el esquema y tengo dudas

hola doctor hace como 3 meses le escribi preguntando si podia tener un hijo ya que tomaba estavudina, kaletra i didanosina y que ademas padecia de hpv, pero desde hace 2 meses aproximadamente me cambiaron la Estavudina por abacavir o abamune, debido a la lipodistrofia en la cara, y sigo con kaletra y didanosina,¿en que afectaria esto para tener un bebe, a pesar de que sigo indetectable pero mi cd4 bajo a 405? tengo 34 años y no tengo hijos

Buenos días,
Este cambio (substituir estavudina por abacavir) no cambia nada en cuanto a tener un hijo. A propósito, estoy a favor de esta substitución: la asociación entre lipodistrofia (pérdida de grasa en la cara, brazos, glúteos y piernas) y el uso de estavudina (Zerit, d4T) es fuerte y si hay otra opción, ¡tómala!
