HACE YA OCHO DIAS TINE PROBLEMAS EN SUS ENCIAS DE ATRAZ PARECE QUE TIENE TIPO UNA INFECCION SU ESPECIALISTA LE DIO UN ANTIALERGICO PERO NO SELE VA,QUE SERIA SEGUN USTED O QUE PODRIA SER MEJOR DICHO ELLA ESTA MUY ASUSTADA Y FASTIDIOSA LE RECOMIENDA ALGO ?PODRIA SER GRAVE?ES PASAJERO?,GRACIAS DESDE BUE ALE

Hola esposo preocupado,
No puedo diagnosticar tal problema sin examinar las encías de tu esposa. Sin embargo, te puedo decir que las condiciones que afectan difusamente las encías no suelen ser graves y suelen ser tratables. Le recomiendo a tu esposa que vaya a ver a un dentista con experiencia en el campo de VIH/SIDA. También le recomiendo que hable con su médico especialista en VIH de comenzar terapia anti-VIH. Su recuento de CD4 y su carga viral ambos satisfacen los criterios utilizados para justificar el comienzo de tratamiento (ve las directrices de tratamiento más recientes (actualizadas en enero de 2008).
