porque despues de 12años,mis cd4 han bajado a280,sin tratamiento,mientras mi carga viral,sigue sin replicarse?siempre debajo de 700copias?tengo miedo a empezar el tartamiento.ruego consejo

Buenos días,
Es poco común, pero no insólito, que un portador tenga una carga viral bajo sin tratamiento. Sin embargo, ante todo querría yo confirmar el diagnóstico de una infección por VIH. ¿En tu historial médico, hay confirmación de una prueba de anticuerpos reactiva (positiva), tal como una ELISA, confirmada por un examen Western Blot reactivo (positivo)? Si hay, pues el diagnóstico se confirma. Y con un recuento de CD4 de 280 es claro (hay consenso) que deberías pensar seriamente en comenzar terapia. Los objetivos de terapia serán ambos suprimir la carga viral a un nivel indetectable (debajo de 50 copias, por ejemplo) y aumentar los CD4.
