He intentado varias veces esta pregunta pero no encuentro respuesta,soy positivo hace un año y tomando Didanosina, lamivudina y efavirez. Conteo CD4 37 despues 223 y hace un mes 321.Carga Viral indetectable paso a preguntarle.
1.- Se puede poner la vacuna de la gripe y de la neumonia al mismo tiempo?
2.- He estado con las amigdalas inflamas,tomando amoxil y apronaz, puedo ponerme las vacunas o debo esperar a que pase la infección.
3.Que le parece mi tratamiento en cuanto a durabilidad, camino 3 kilometros diarios como ejercicio que ha mejorado diagnostico de neuropatía en piernas, hoy me siento mejor.
4.Hay contraindicacion para tomar magnesol(compuesto efervecente que se toma disuelto en agua )
Perdone por tantas preguntas, me comprometo a pagarle con un ceviche y un buen pisco sauer cuando visite el Perú.

Querido Coco de Perú,
1. Sí, una en el brazo izquierdo y la otra en el brazo derecho.
2. Si no tienes fiebre y si ahora te sientes bien, sí puedes ponerte las vacunas.
3. Con respecto a tu conteo de CD4 aumentando hasta 321 y tu carga viral indetectable, tu tratamiento parece eficaz. Sin embargo, tu mencionaste que sufres de "neuropatía en piernas," un efecto secundario bien conocido asociado con didanosina (ddI, Videx). Te sugiero que hables con tu médico especialista en VIH de una alternativa, tales como tenofovir (Viread) o abacavir (Ziagen).
4. No estoy familiarizado con "Magnesol." Parece que es un producto peruano.
"¡Un ceviche y un buen pisco sauer!" Se me hizo agua la boca con tu oferta.
