HB AgS Negativo
HB Ac Core Positivo
HC Ac IgG Positivo
Podrían explicarme qué significa. Muy agradecido

Hola,
Ya que esto es en sitio dedicado a la gente contagiada o afectada por el VIH, supongo que tu madre es VIH positiva. La presencia de anticuerpos contra el virus de la hepatitis C ("HC Ac IgG Positivo") señala que es coinfectada por el virus de la hepatitis C. No tengo información suficiente para determinar la importancia de anticuerpos contra el virus de la hepatitis B ("HB Ac Core Positivo). ¿Cuál tipo de anticuerpo -- IgG o IgM?
Lo esencial es que tu madre debería estar en manos de un médico especialista en VIH y de un hepatólogo.
