Hepatitis B anticpre total reactivo

Desde hace 6 meses me siento mal, tengo fuertes dolores en el vientre que hacen que me quite el aire, estos dolores son más fuertes aún cuando camino. Aún no me han diagnosticado qué pueda tener, pero acabo de recibir un análisis con el siguiente resultado:
Hepatitis B Ag de Superficie negativo
Hepatitis B anticore total reactive
Hepatitis C IG total nonreactive
Método Elisa.
¿Estos significa que tengo Hepatitis?
¿Puedo haber contagiado a alguien?

Graciela:
Usted no tiene Hepatitis. El anticore reactivo representa exposicion con o sin sintomas al virus de Hepatitis B.
En otras palabras usted estuvo expuesto al virus en el pasado y su cuerpo (sistema inmune) ha desarrollado anticuerpos. Esto no significa enfermedad ni riesgo para nadie , inclusive si representa proteccion para futuras exposiciones.
