Muchas gracias por su respuesta, se que no es facil, pero para brindarle mas informacion, le comento que el Genotipo es 1a, y el resultado de Biopsia aun no lo tengo, y la carga viral es de 38200. Y el tratamiento de HIV seria con Efavirenz/Tenofovir. Con esta informacion un poco mas presisa, que me recomendaria..??

La carga viral no esta tan alta.
Si la biopsia te demuestra fibrosis mayor de escala 2, entonces ya que estas en Tenofovir/Efavirenz (cierto?) puedes considerar tratamiento para tu Hepatitis C.
Recuerda que es preferible estar en tratamiento para el VIH por lo menos de 4-6 meses previos antes de empezar el tratamiento para Hepatitis C.
