yo tengo una carga viral de 95000 copias por ml., y tambien la hepatitis c, que devo hacer?

que peligro corro con estoos dos virus en el cuerpo?, cuando devo empezar la medicacion, no me siento bien para nada, por favor ayudenme

Estimado Amigo:

La decision de tratamiento es concertada entre usted y su medico. Su carga viral para VIH entiendo esta elevada pero los cd4 decidiran que tratar primero.

Si sus cd4 estan por encima de 400-500 celulas entonces es el momento de tratar la hepatitis C primero. Si sus cd4 estan por debajo de 300 celulas entonces considere tratar el VIH primero y luego de 6 -8 meses de estar tolerando los medicamentos y estar estable entonces se debe considerar el tratamiento para Hepatitis C. Lo que si es importante dejar claro es que bajo ningun concepto se deben comenzar ambos tratamientos a la misma vez.
