he enconracto en las noticias de cnn que los iranis han encotrado una medicina para el sistema immunologico o mas bien para los portadores de vih yo quiciera saber si esta medicina ya esta en el
mercado y como se puede comprar y si es verdad que es tan efectiva como se dice en el reporte de CNN NOTICIAS.

Aquí está lo que sabemos:
1. Esta medicina al que refieres se llama IMOD.
2. Está conocida desde hace seis años o más.
3. Es de origen iraní.
4. Es un modulador del sistema inmunitario con un mecanismo de acción desconocido.
Y ahora, y más importante, lo que no sabemos:
Si funciona o no. Y no lo sabremos hasta que tengamos resultados de ensayos clínicos aleatorios controlados, nada de los cuales ha sido planeado, que yo sepa.
