mejora de tratamiento?

Dr, buen dia, mi nonbre juan, estoy con tratamiento kaletra 4 años tengo sk diseminado en ambas piernas, y estuve con quimioterapia dos años, las lesiones han mejorado mucho pero mis piernas estan como presionadas, hay algun tratamiento alternativo?, mi cd4 es 930 y mi crga viral indetectable. gracias

Hola Juan,
El suprimir completamente la carga viral, como has hecho, desempeña un papel muy importante en el tratamiento del Sarcoma de Kaposi (SK). Sin duda tu carga viral indetectable ha contribuido significativamente al hecho que tus lesiones "han mejorado mucho." Sin embargo, después de lograr suprimir tu carga viral y de dos años de quimioterapia, todavía tienes dificultades. Te recomiendo que consultes o a un dermatólogo o a un oncólogo que tiene mucha experiencia en el tratamiento del SK para hablar con él o ella de otras opciones, tales como la radioterapia, la crioterapia o una quimioterapia diferente.
