Me diagnosticaron Sarkoma de Kaposi en Glande y tengo 39 años ...
Se puede presentar Sarkoma de Kaposi con resultados de Hiv negativo y a los 6 meses de la relac.de riesgo ???
En este tipo de manifestaciones en las cuales se presentan defensas altas se puede esperar seroconvertir mas alla de los 6 meses a partir de la última relacion de riesgo ???

Sarcoma de Kaposi no es exclusivo de la infeccion por VIH.
Esta es una condicion vista comunmente en varones con descendencia mediterranea (Italia, España, Grecia, etc.)y se asocia a un Virus de la familia de Herpes.
No tiene que ver nada con una seroconversion tardia o con relacion de riesgo.
La lesiones de Kaposi tienden a aparecer en un espacio de varios meses (mas de 8 meses)
Si existe duda sobre el VIH entonces descartela con una prueba cualitativa de PCR para VIH.
