Hola: Tengo lunares en el cuerpo, algunos de color negro, otros ligeramente protuberantes. Es recomendable que me los extirpe? Soy VIH+ sin medicacin, todava. Muchas gracias

Los lunares son preocupantes cuando cambian de tamaño, sangran, presentan irregularidades en su superficie or distintos coleres. La razón de ello es que cuando tienen ese tipo de características es más probable que evolucionen hacia un melanoma (un tumor maligno).
Los pacientes con VIH no estan más predispuestos que la población general a tener melanomas, pero el VIH obviamente no los hace inmunes.
Mi consejo es que haga una visita a un buen dermatólogo que le aconsejara lo que debe hacer y si necesita dirugía o no.
