sexo oral = besos?

Doctor, quisiera hacerle la siguiente consulta.
Se ha dicho que un hombre que recibe sexo oral no protegido de una persona infectada con el VIH corre riesgo de contraer el virus. Esto es correcto?
Si es as, que condiciones se tienen que dar para que ocurra el contagio?
Le hago esta pregunta, porque tambien he leido que a traves de los besos de boca a boca y la saliva no se contagia, y realmente no veo mucha diferencia en el tipo de exposicion, ya que en el caso del sexo oral, el pene del que lo recibe solo entra en contacto con la saliva del que lo realiza. Entonces, por que en un caso si se contagia y en el otro no?

NO ES CORRECTO. EL RIESGO EXISTENTE ES AL QUE REALIZA EL SEXO ORAL MEDIANTE EL CONTACTO CON EL FLUIDO PRE -SEMINAL Y SEMINAL QUE SI PUEDE CONTENER VIRUS PRESENTE.
