Candida y displasia ?

Mi novio tuvo durante el ao 98 una serie de relaciones coitales con una persona seropositiva, y se ha estado testando hasta el ao 2002 de VIH, silfilis, hepatitis, y se ha hecho un cultivo del semen, dando en todo negativo. Mi problema es que en la ultima citologa he dado una lesion intraepitelial de bajo grado, y una infeccin inflamatorio por candida. Puede haberme transmitido el VIH u otra enfermedad y no haber positivizado en 3 aos ? Gracias miles por su ayuda.

Estimada Amiga;
Usted no esta infectada con el VIH. No obstante es importante de seguimiento a su lesiones cervicales ya que pudiesen degenerar en lesiones malignas del utero.
Existe el virus de papiloma humano (VPH) el cual se asocia con lesiones intraepiteliares de la cervix .
