buen tardes la pregunta es que soy indectectable hace 10 años, tuve sexo en 3 oportunidades con mi pareja pero fueron segundos de penetracion sin preseervativo, el cual despues me lo puse para eyacular dentro del forro la pregunta es tengo pocas posibilidades de contagiar a mi pareja ya que toy indectectable, tomo la medicacion y no le eyacule adentro

Buenas tardes,
Todas las cosas que mencionaste -- eres indetectable hace 10 años, tomas los antirretrovirales, no le eyaculas adentro, solamente son segundos de penetración sin preservativo -- disminuyen el riesgo de transmisión de una manera significativa pero no lo eliminan. Pre-semen puede contener VIH y por tanto puede transmitirlo. Usa un preservativo cada vez que tuvo sexo penetrativo, ¿OK?
