dr, felicitaciones por su apoyo, mi esposo en este momento tiene un carga indetectable, cuando tuve relaciones con el no sabia de su condicion y quede embarazada, hoy luego de 7 meses mis examenes de ELISA han salido negativos,nos protegemos con condon pero quiero saber si estoy en riego de infeccion cuando el me realiza sexo oral sin ningun metodo de barrera... gtracias por su atencion, espero una oportuna respuesta.

Buenos días,
Y felicitaciones por tu embarazo. El riesgo de sexo oral activo sin protección es relativamente bajo: 0.5 por cada 10.000 exposiciones a una fuente conocida ser seropositiva. Compara éste al riesgo de sexo anal pasivo sin protección -- 50 por cada 10.000 exposiciones a una fuente infectada -- y podrás apreciar la diferencia en el riesgo relativo. Tu riesgo sería aún más bajo porque tu esposo tiene una carga viral indetectable.
