Hola,
Potencialmente sí. Tu pregunta trata de la superinfección o seas el contagio por otra cepa de VIH en una persona ya infectada por el VIH. Nosotros, como médicos especialistas en VIH, nos preocupamos de la superinfección porque hay los casos documentados en los cuales una persona con VIH bien controlado tomando un régimen antirretroviral se contagió de otra cepa de VIH con una o más mutaciones que confirieron resistencia a su régimen y por consiguiente la carga viral aumentó rápidamente y las células CD4 cayeron. En otras palabras el régimen fracasó. Pues bien, generalmente, se recomienda que las parejas con VIH sigan las pautas de sexo seguro. Lo esencial es que te recomiendo que utilices un preservativo con el sexo penetrativo con todas tus parejas, seropositivas y seronegativas.
