		Indectable puede contagiar Jul 26, 2008 Estimado Dr. Ruego su respuesta ya que no la he visto en el foto. Un indetectable puede contagiar a otra persona con solo un pinchaso de una jeringa de una inyeccion. Con solo una gota de sangre se puede infectar la persona ?? Mil gracias por su respeusta y ojala que algun dia pueda venir a visitar Nicaragua.

Me doy cuenta de que una imagen vale m�s que mil palabras . . . pero . . . . �Aj�, ya veo, el FORO! Ahora estamos en la misma sinton�a. La indetectabilidad disminuye considerablemente el riesgo de transmitir el virus; sin embargo, no lo elimina. El riesgo estimado por cada 10.000 pinchazos de una jeringa contaminada con sangre VIH positiva (sin especificar la carga viral) es 30 o sea estos 10.000 pinchazos resultar�an en 30 seroconversiones. Sin embargo, claro que la indetectabilidad disminuir�a este riesgo estimado. Me encantar�a ir a visitar Nicaragua, pero primero a la ciudad de M�xico el pr�ximo mes para la Conferencia Internacional Sobre el SIDA. Un fuerte abrazo.
