tiempo de asimilacion de los antirretrovirales

cuantos dias o semanas dura el proceso de asimilacion de los antirretrovirales? los efectos secundarios como vomito y diarrea.. en cuanto tiempo desaparecen? tengo 17 dias tomando efavirenz de 600mg y estavudina 30mg
+lamivudina150mg?

Buenas noches,
No creo que nadie deba aguantar ni el vómito ni la diarrea, aún mucho menos días de 17, cuando lo más probable es que la causa sea los efectos secundarios de un régimen anti-VIH, particularmente hoy en día cuando hay muchas alternativas eficaces y bien toleradas. Ni la diarrea ni el vómito están asociados comúnmente con o efavirenz (Sustiva, Stocrin) o lamivudina (Epivir, 3TC). Me imagino que estavudina (Zerit, D4T) sea el culpable. ¡Sufre no más! Habla con tu médico especialista en VIH de un cambio de régimen. En mi opinión, sería posible que pudieras incluir efavirenz y/o lamivudina en tu régimen nuevo si lo quisieras.
