Problemas en la piel

Estimado doctor, soy vih+ desde 2004 y desde entonces me he estado tratando con los ingredientes de Atripla (antes por separado y ahora, desde hace 2 meses, juntos). El caso es que desde hace unas semanas he empezado a notar una gran descamación en el cuero cabelludo. Es como si tuviera caspa, pero mucho más grande, y la verdad es que pica un poco. Asímismo, he notado como algunos de mis dedos se despellejan un poco y se quedan como si los hubiera tenido mucho tiempo en agua.
¿Sabría decirme a qué se pueden deber estos síntomas? ¿Alguna reacción a Atripla? Mis carga viral hace un par de meses era indetectable y los cd4 estaban sobre 700.

Querido Jesús,
Afortunadamente, después de cuatro años tomando los tres componentes de Atripla (efavirenz, tenofovir, emtricitabina) o por separado o juntos, es muy improbable que tus problemas en la piel sean atribuibles a efectos secundarios de cualquiera de estos tres fármacos. Necesitas una cita con un dermatólogo. Él o ella podrá llegar al fondo de esto.
A propósito, enhorabuena por tu carga viral indetectable y tus CD4 por encima de 700.
