Efecto segundario

Saludos Dr. desde Venezuela
Soy el paciente Andres, el que ha tendio varios fracasos terapeuticos explicado en anteriores comunicaciones con Ud., y ahora consumiendo una nueva combinacion: Prezista, insestress, norvir y tenvir.
En tal sentido y estoy presentando eritema multiformes, erupciones sobre todo en la cara y cuero cabelludo, mucho picor en toda la piel sintomas parecidos a la intoxicacion medicamentosa y de un hongo del cual tenia tiempo sin padecer que se presenta con ronchitas rosadas multiforme en la cara que causan purito.
Segun lo investigado por Internet este es uno de los efectos segundarios de Prezista, que aunque inicalmente se presenta de forma leve me preocupa que se extienda y pudiera llegar a padecer el sindrome de Stevens-Jhonson.
La pregunta es: Pudiera tomar algun antialergico a fin de contra arrestar estos efectos adversos del Prezista? Recuerde que en mi caso no quedan muchas opciones anterretrovirales por lo que la opcion a suspender Prezista seria la ultima a tomar.
Motivo por el cual tengo mucho temor en un nuevo cambio de esquema por intolerancia a Prezista.

Con respecto a las erupciones, es muy difícil proveer consejo sobre el Internet sin tener el beneficio de examinar las lesiones para diagnosticarlas y establecer su alcance y nivel de severidad. Andrés, lo esencial es que necesitas ver inmediatamente a tu médico especialista en VIH o a un dermatólogo. En todas las cosas dermatológicas, una imagen definitivamente vale más que mil palabras.
