buenas atrdes dr.a paartir de hoy estoy iniciando mi tratamiento de sida (TARGA)mis defensas estan en 56 y mi carga viral en dos milloes con 56,y me han recetado 5 pastillas durante el dia estuvidina de 30mg,lamivudina de 150mg,efavirenz 600mg,sulfametazol de 800mg,prendizona de 15mg,mi peso es de 58 kilos y mi talla de 1mtro 66.ke alimentosdebo ingerir y ke frutas puedo comer tambien.tuve tambiem neomonia neosistitishace un mes pero ya me lo controlaron gracias por su respuesta

Buenas noches,
Puedes comer cualquier fruta que te guste. Con tu régimen, no hay ningunas restricciones dietarias respecto a las frutas. En cuanto a la dieta de alguien viviendo con VIH, en términos generales lo más importante es consumir una dieta rica en proteína, o sea una cantidad el doble de la que es adecuada para una persona seronegativa.
