puedo dejar de toamr atripla poco a poco o de un solo biaje es mejor los c4 estan en 800 y el virus indetectable ahora

Puedes, pero no deberías hacerlo. . . ni "poco a poco," ni "de un solo viaje." Al margen, "poco a poco" sería peor porque abría la puerta al desarrollo de la resistencia, lo cual podría limitar tus opciones respecto a futuro tratamiento. Tu recuento de CD4 es excelente (800) como es tu carga viral (indetectable) precisamente porque estás tomando Atripla (efavirenz, tenofovir y emtricitabina). Es fácil predecir lo que pasaría si dejaras de tomarlo -- tus CD4 caerían y tu carga viral subiría. Si estás tolerándolo, mantén el rumbo.
