hola, estoy muy asustado, porque he estado muy deprimido ultimamente y a causa de ello dejé de tomar mis medicamentos para el vih, a causa de ello me bajaron muchos mis cd4 de 320 a 74 y de una carga viral indetectable a 265.000 copias, mi medico tratante al ver mis examenes me preguntó si yo habia dejado de tomar mis medicamentos y la verdad que me dio miedo decirle la verdad, mi pregunta ahora es: el mediante algún examen podrá darse cuenta de mi negligencia, estoy muy arrepentido y tengo mucho miedo de que me pase algo malo,muchas gracias

Buenos días Víctor,
Es muy importante que seas franco con tu médico especialista en VIH. Si no, tu cuidado médico podría estar en peligro. Es muy importante que reinicies tratamiento tan pronto como posible; sin embargo, sin saber que dejaste de tomar tu régimen, tu médico supondrá que tu virus ha desarrollado resistencia a uno o más de los antirretrovirales que estabas tomando y eso le despistará con respecto a futuras recomendaciones para tratamiento.
