		FALTA DE MEDICAMENTO Oct 9, 2008 Hola Dr. Felicidades por el foro, ha sido mi biblia y aunque no he tenido suerte para que me conteste, trato de seguir sus consejos. Mi pareja tiene linfona No H y est� en Fase C3. CD 104 CV 750 mil.. Despues de 4 quimios y muchos examenes y atenciones, hemos logrado mucho. Esto fue hace 4 meses y no se habia iniciado los retrovirales por riesgo de reconstitucion. Bueno, ahora ya iniciamos hace un mes con Kaletra, Lamiduvina y Abacavir.. terminamos el primer mes pero ahora no hay abacavir. Llevo 6 dias sin darle abacavir porque no ha habido... Que puede pasar, si ya le di un mes y hasta ahora no he continuado? Lo peor de todo esto es que no me lo pueden conseguir por un problema administrativo en mi Servicio m�dico que espero que se resuelva en una semana m�s. Gracias por su atenci�n. Advertisement Respuesta del Dr. Natterstad Buenos d�as H�ctor de la Ciudad de M�xico, El riesgo de detener uno de tus tres antirretrovirales es el desarrollo posible de resistencia a los dos que sigues tomando y a las dos clases de f�rmacos a las que est�n afiliados (resistencia cruzada). La realidad es que ser�a mejor dejar de tomar el r�gimen completo hasta que pueda otra vez tomar un r�gimen que contiene al menos TRES antirretrovirales activos.
