		consulta de efecto del tratamiento Feb 2, 2009 mi hijo es vih positivo esta en tratamiento con lantynon duo y stocrin. Se siente bien pero le esta creciendo la barriga en forma espantosa.parece una embarazada y cada d�a esta peor. El tratamiento lo comenz� en Septiembre del 2008 Quiero saber si es por el tratamiento o porque bebe mucho l�quido pues adem�s toma medicamentos ara una afeccion mental que le producen mucha sed. Existe un efecto secundario de los antirretrovirales llamado la lipodistrofia que puede manifestarse como hinchaz�n del abdomen; sin embargo este efecto no est� asociado tan com�nmente al r�gimen que est� tomando tu hijo. Le sugiero a tu hijo que haga una cita con su m�dico especialista en VIH para abordar este tema. Necesita una evaluaci�n cuidadosa en persona.
