		mejor tratamiento a lipoatrofia Feb 9, 2008 Estimado Dr. Tengo ya 10 a�os q me diagnosticaron el VIH, he pasado por varios esquemas de retrovirales. Actualmente tomo Viread, Ziagenavir, y Kaletra, pero por los tratamientos anteriores mi lipoatrofia se hizo presente en mi cara y deseo ya poner una solucion a mi imagen. He estado indetectable la mayor parte de todo este periodo, Actualmente, ( a noviembre 2007) mi carga es de 70 copias/ml y mis CD4 de 576. Quiero saber que me recomienda mejor para mi cara, refill, colageno o cirugia? Le agradecere su pronta respuesta. Saludos desde Guadalajara, mexico.

Los ensayos cl�nicos y la experiencia pr�ctica de muchos m�dicos especialistas en VIH, incluyendo yo mismo, dan fe de la eficacia de estos rellenos faciales. Deber�as consultar a un cirujano pl�stico que tiene experiencia en este campo del tratamiento de la lipoatrofia facial para recibir cualquiera de estos dos remedios. Mucha suerte y un abrazo fuerte.
