doctror antesq nada gracias por tomarse la molestia de leer mi pregunta me hice la prueba de elisa estando enferma de gripe y no fuí en ayunas cree q esto influya en q salga positivo??

Buenos días,
No, ni estar enferma de gripe ni no ser en ayunas no influye de ninguna manera en el resultado de una prueba del VIH, tal como una ELISA. Sin embargo, solamente una ELISA positiva no constituye un resultado positivo. Siempre se necesita una prueba confirmatoria, tal como un examen Western Blot, después de esta prueba inicial (ELISA) positiva para diagnosticar definitivamente una infección por VIH.
