		seropositivo y screening vih negativo Dec 3, 2008 Doctor soy un paciente seropositivo en tratamiento. Mi carga viral ya es indetectable y el screening vih es negativo ahora. Es eso posible? Le rogaria me contestase por favor, pues por un lado estoy ilusionado y por otro no me lo creo. Me he curado? Que prueba puede solicitar mi medico para saber si sigo siendo portador? Gracias

La seroreversi�n, o sea el proceso por el cual un portador, aunque todav�a un portador, ahora da negativo a una prueba de anticuerpos, es muy rara. Por ejemplo, pacientes raros serorevierten en una etapa avanzada de la enfermedad. Un error t�cnico o de oficina es una explicaci�n nada desde�able y m�s probable. Te sugiero que rehazte la prueba. Si tu diagn�stico inicial fue definitivo y cierto, no, no te has curado, incluso con ahora una prueba de anticuerpos negativa. Por favor escr�beme nuevamente con tu siguiente resultado.
